About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer passionate about building robust demand generation strategies. You have experience planning and managing demand generation campaigns, marketing automation, and lead management. You're a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As our Demand Generation Manager, you'll work closely with the broader GTM organization as part of our goal to build a best-in-class Demand Generation function for Pricemoov.
What You'll Do
Strategically plan and execute demand generation programs through a variety of channels, including email (via Hubspot), digital marketing, website, webinar, paid search, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, direct marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive a sufficient volume of leads/pipelineManage the budget for demand generation and digital marketing programsSegment, target and personalise campaigns for target accounts of customers and prospectsForecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact (ROI) of demand generation activitiesPlan, negotiate with, manage and analyse third-party lead generation vendorsWork closely with the event, content marketing and PPC managers to optimise campaignsManage and communicate lead generation project timelines, ensuring that all activities are executed on time and within budgetCollaborate closely with BDRs, sales, customer success, leadership and marketing colleagues to plan, execute and manage demand generation programs globallyWho You Are
5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS or technology companyExpertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, digital marketing, website, ABM, content syndication, etc)Analytically-minded with a focus on target attainmentExperience negotiating contracts with various third-party vendors to efficiently optimise budget against targetsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to detailsExperience working with marketing automation software such as Hubspot or MarketoExperience working with CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce, including campaign and lead management and reportingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with all levels within the organization A growth mindset – always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, failing fast, and a can-do attitudeLocation
