The Merchant Success Manager’s mission is to help high-volume and high-growth merchants be successful. She/he will do this through developing strong relationships with top tier merchants helping them with long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks. Understanding merchants goals and advising them on the best way to achieve those goals will be the essence of the role. She/he will provide merchants with guidance on best eCommerce practices facilitating its adoptions through PrestaShop products and services such as for instance PS Hosting, PS Checkout, PS Shipping and many other solutions.
