What you’ll do

- Implement improvements to current strategy, process, people and technology that will enable the business to expand into more efficient CS offering.

- Provide enablement to re-enforce our customer team expected behaviors and coaching skills for future growth and development of our teams.

- Ensure the successful delivery of an evolving range of programs that support immediate and future customer strategies. This will include the alignment of our wider cross-functional teams at Pigment.

- Determine and report on metrics that demonstrate improvements in how businesses experience our services and brand, and that drive greater efficiency across our delivery systems.

- Provide a single point of co-ordination and executive oversight for all customer success initiatives and customer transformation projects, including business processes.

- Develop execution standards, guiding principles and incentives to drive up performance.

- Serve as the primary escalation point for our internal customer success needs.


Požadavky na pozici

Who you are

- 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales/CS Ops role, best case additionally in a CS role.

- You have a very good knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies.

- Knowledge of CS enablement and CS automation tools is essential.

- You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- You are a Salesforce/Planhat expertComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
