    Your role's mission:

    As Senior Account Executive A&D, your mission is to drive Pelico’s expansion in the German Aerospace & Defense market by acquiring and growing high-value enterprise accounts, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and establishing long-term partnerships with senior industrial and supply chain leaders.

    You will play a key role in accelerating Pelico’s growth in the DACH region, mastering complex sales cycles, and positioning Pelico as a trusted operational intelligence partner for aerospace, defense, and manufacturing organization

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Build and execute a German Aerospace & Defense territory plan to deliver €1.5M+ ARR in the first 12 months.
    • Win 6+ new logos annually, including 2–3 strategic “dream logos” across the aerospace, defense, and MRO sectors.
    • Manage end-to-end, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, engaging procurement, operations, and C-level stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain a €2M+ qualified pipeline ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
    • Build trusted relationships with industrial executives, including COOs, Supply Chain Directors, and Program Managers.
    • Apply MEDDIC or similar methodologies to ensure disciplined sales qualification and execution.
    • Represent Pelico at industry events and trade shows (e.g., ILA Berlin, Paris Air Show, DWT, BDSV).
    • Maintain CRM excellence, accurate forecasting, and internal alignment with cross-functional teams.

    Location : You will be based in Germany, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

    What We’re Looking For : 

    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology sales, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing.
    • Proven track record of closing €1M+ ARR deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Deep understanding of German industrial and defense ecosystems, including OEM and Tier 1 organizational structures.
    • Strong ability to navigate long-cycle enterprise sales (6–12 months) and manage multiple executive stakeholders.
    • Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
    • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
    • Proficiency in sales methodology is a plus.
