- Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.

- Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.

- Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

🎯 Get Chosen

- Review: Centralize, reply to and analyze customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

- Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

- Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

ROLE & IMPACT 💥

At Partoo, we have a strong sales culture (50% of our talent is dedicated to sales challenges) across two types of business: Enterprise, companies with over 20 points of sale, and SMBs.

By joining the revenue team at Partoo as Head of Sales Iberia; you will contribute to the growth of sales accounts for the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal). You will define plans, local sales strategy and manage the team (4 Account Executive and 1 Team Leader based in Barcelona 🇪🇸)

Define the strategy for the Iberian region in collaboration with our Chief of Sales; Vincent

SALES  & STRATEGY

- Roll out and implement the roadmap and OKRs for the Iberian sales team

- Development and contribution to the annual business plan in Spain and Portugal, particularly through the sale of new products and through its subsidiaries in Spain and abroad

- Achieve revenue targets by securing new business opportunities and actively driving renewals and cross-selling with the Customer Success team to coordinate our expansion and retention strategiesIdentifying potential partners, prospects and decision makers on topics that can and will interest them

- Work closely with the marketing team to nurture prospects and customers and organize key events and conferences in the European region and local markets

PEOPLE

- Recruiting talent and supporting their development, actively participating in induction and onboarding training

- Manage your team and help them to be as successful as possible in all types of sales cycles (short, complex, long term) with internal and external contacts

- Actively participate in training programmes and contribute to the development of your team; skills and knowledge (career path, mobility, feedback coaching, annual review, sales academy...)

What is the expected new business target for 2024 for Iberia?

Target 2024 new ARR : 1,3m€ for now. When we plan a budget, we do it at the top of our current knowledge. So we plan for now with the existing team. Our goal is to hire more when we have the right people in the team and with the right leadership, and then hire more to increase finish 2024 closer to 1,6m€

What is the average deal size in iberia for the last 2 years in new business?

18K in 2022, 14K in 2024. 20K is the average basket of the company. Reason for decrease: a strategy too oriented to Small companies instead of the bigger ones. 1 Key account signed over the past 9 months. Around 100 Key accounts to get in order to increase the average basket.

How many people are in the office of Barcelona? Which teams are in the office of Barcelona?Around 30 people:  Iberia / Italy : all BDRs, AEs, KAM, some marketing too (3), 2 AE Expansion Europe

Can I have the name of some of your customers on this scope ? 

Portugal: Allianz, Carglass, VW, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Auchan

Spain: 150 clients: Vitaldent, Al Campo, Cepsa, Nissan Spain, Allianz Spain, Iskapet, Game Stores…

IT'S A MATCH 🎯

  • 8+ years of sales experience & 3+ years of managerial experience (ideally in SaaS environment)
  • Experience as an Entrepreneur or Country Opener / Senior Manager or Sales leader
  • Knowledge of the Iberian market from a sales standpoint
  • Strong project management skills, go to market, coordinating different departments
  • Problem solver, hands on mentality, self-driven and high-energy spirit
  • People person, convincing and strong leadership
  • Fluent in English, spanish and French is a plus but not mandatory
