Entering a new phase on our journey, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to take on the leadership in shaping our financial future. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Efficient Accounting and Financial Compliance: Managing accounting workflow and processes, maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting.

• Dynamic Budget Management and Allocation: Overseeing a robust budgeting process that aligns with our ambitious growth plans..

• Comprehensive Cash Flow Oversight: Ensuring optimal cash flow management to support scaling and potential market expansions.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Conducting financial modeling and analysis to guide strategic decision-making. This includes forecasting future growth scenarios, identifying potential financial risks, and determining investment strategies.

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Spearheading financial strategy development and execution to support our growth objectives. This involves expanding our market presence, scaling our operations, and exploring new business opportunities.

• Administrative and HR Oversight: Leading administrative functions with a strategic mindset, ensuring that our human resources policies and practices align with our growth trajectory and company values.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engaging with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and financial partners, to communicate financial strategies and foster strong relationships that support our expansion goals.

What we are seeking:

• Master’s degree in Finance, accounting, business or related fields;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech company, with a proven track record in scaling operations and facilitating growth.

• Experience in the following topics are valuable: advanced financial planning, budget management, cash flow oversight, HR administration and financial compliance. An experience in M&A would be beneficial

• Strategic thinker, growth-oriented, proactive in identifying opportunities and risks

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

• English is mandatory, French and German are a plus
