As a Business Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, reporting directly to the CRO. Your mission? Conquer new markets and elevate our brand through strategic prospecting and outreach initiatives.
🧰 Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture your own client portfolio
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through targeted outreach efforts
• Gain insights into prospect organizations, objectives, and challenges
• Articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions
• Craft compelling proposals and see them through to fruition
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our offerings and company vision
• Represent Oncrawl at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our services to potential clients

🎯 Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and prospecting
• Proficiency in phone and email outreach techniques
• Demonstrated success in B2B cold contacting
• Ability to forge strong client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious targets
• Familiarity with web technologies and SaaS solutions preferred
• Experience with CRM and other prospecting tools a plus

• Fluent in English is a must
