The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the intellectual rigour and creativity to make complex and sometimes technical subject matter compelling and accessible to all employees. You will be instrumental in bringing Ogury’s culture to life through the creation, execution, communication and administration of a wide variety of cultural and internal communications initiatives and strategies that contribute to our unique and winning culture.
What you will be doing
Act as a solution focussed Partner for culture-related initiatives and projectsTranspose business needs into effective culture initiatives, partnering with internal or external experts to deliver experiences and materials in line with current industry trendsCreating stories that bring to life our culture and our ways of working (e.g. videos, newsletters, blogs, employee profiles, award entries etc.) Management of external partnerships that showcase Ogury’s employee brand and value proposition to attract and retain talentSupport the administration and communication of our global recognition initiatives, DE&I and sustainability agendasProactively demonstrate communication knowledge based on best practices and recommends initiatives and tactics as neededBuild and execute a year-round internal communications plan to increase awareness, ownership, and pride in our goals, achievements and long-term ambitionsCreate, edit and coordinate all internal corporate communications ensuring Ogury’s tone of voice is aligned across all channelsManagement of global sections of the company intranet ensuring information is relevant, up-to-date and engaging for employeesSupports execution of global engagement strategy, including administration of surveys, presentation materials, global results analysis and communication plansAdministration of company onboarding sessions, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure content that is clear, informative and engagingAdministration and marketing of our well-being platform, ensuring employees have access to the resources they needDevelop effective reporting analytics and use data to spot trends.
