OCUS produces high-quality, custom visual content at scale for international brands. We do so by relying on a global community of over 20,000 highly-qualified photographers and image creators. Product-driven, we use state of the art tech to make the whole process seamless both for brands and image creators. Since 2016, we have worked with over 500 key accounts, including UberEats, Booking.com, L’Oreal or Deloitte. Today, we deliver over 500,000 images every month. Our team has grown from 30 to 100 people. Based in Paris with subsidiaries in New-York and Singapore, we have a very flexible remote policy.
You will join our growing, international G&A team, which acts as a real business partner to internal stakeholders. You will contribute to guaranteeing the legal security of the commercial agreements of OCUS and its subsidiaries in the United States and Singapore, in regard with laws, internal processes and operational constraints.

Your main missions will focus on being an advisor to the operational teams; and on writing, implementing, analysing and following up on contracts.

Your responsibilities:

• Writing and negotiating different types of contracts with our customers, partners and providers, in French and English. Contracts: NDA, pilot agreement, SaaS contracts, service provider contracts, partnership agreements, additional clauses, etc.
• Administrative management and follow up of commercial agreements with customers, partners and providers
• Contributing to setting up internal processes and templates for contract documentation.
• Supporting on stakes around protection of personal data in Europe and the rest of the world
• Legal and compliance monitoring in our fields of activities
• As we are a fast-growing company, your scope might occasionally lead you to handle legal issues related to other areas of the law.

• You have 3-5y of professional experience.
• You are a graduate in Business Law, Technology/Digital Law or equivalent.
• You have experience with SaaS contracts.
• You are able to lead complex contract negotiations autonomously.
• You enjoy team work, and your relationship abilities make you a valued member of a team.
• You have a sense of service and good listening skills.
• You have solid writing skills, analysis and synthesis abilities; you show curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• As we are a demanding and fast-paced environment, where change is constant, you have to demonstrate both organisation, adaptability and flexibility.
• You speak and write in French and English on a professional level.
