Good programming skills are a great thing, but for us soft skills and good practices are essential:
✊ As a company that strongly believes in asynchronous work and aims at incorporating people from various backgrounds and locations, we value efficient and positive communication.
💡 We work with an agile mindset, CI/CD (Gitlab), do daily remote meetings, conduct peer programming, exchange through Slack and extensively conduct code reviews and testing.
We will schedule one/two calls with Clément (co-founder) and one of our lead engineers. It will focus on 2 key areas:
✅ Ensuring you will be a great cultural fit.
✅ Aptitude for the role If you succeed with the above, you may do a peer session so that we introduce you to our burning technical topics, share our practices and get your views on them.
Once all of this is done, we will discuss the process internally and get back to you very fast. So about 2-3 calls, that's it! 🙌
