Job description

Your role in the team: 

  • You will be responsible to initiate and close deals: this will encompass commercial attitude, knowledge of our product and platform, focus on our process
  • You will be engaging our partners and potential borrowers, presenting our proposition and keeping them informed
  • You will be assisting our customers (borrowers and partners) in their journey, helping them preparing the application file and identifying their needs: you will be their dedicated contact in October
  • You will be tracking loan applications and assisting with general analysis/reporting.
  • You will be using CRM in accordance with business requirements
  • You will be an active interface with all other functions, including credit and operations, to meet deadlines and quality targets in order to optimize the customer experience

Preferred experience

Knowledge and skills:

  • You have 1-3 years’ sales experience in Financial Services including sales/relationship management and customer support
  • You are fluent / native in English in Italian
  • You have a Good understanding of SMEs and their financing needs
  • You are commercially driven with an inner attitude to improve
  • You are organized and love to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable and curious about technology and digital sales tools.
