As an entry-level subject matter expert, the Change Coordinator supports the coordination and governance of simple change requests within IT environments. Working under guidance, the role ensures changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing change control, request processes and policies based on ITIL principles.
• Manage the lifecycle of simple change requests, including classification, prioritization, and coordination.
• Support risk assessment, documentation, reporting, and post-implementation reviews.

To thrive in this role you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Entry-level experience in IT change control or release management, with basic project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ITIL certification required; ISO/IEC 20000 Change Control Manager certification is a plus.
