🌏 Context

To support the implementation of a CRM application for one of our banking clients, we are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst. In charge of supervising the daily process of an application, the Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the application is meeting the business needs and requirements of its users. The main missions are to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with technical experts to implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. While you may not have technical expertise, you need to be able to work effectively with technical experts (database admin or developers) to ensure that the application is meeting the business needs of its users.

💼 Missions

  • Monitoring the application’s performance and identifying and resolving issues that impact its functionality or usability from a business perspective.

  • Analyzing user feedback and identifying areas where the application can be improved from a functional perspective.

  • Collaborating with technical experts and other IT professionals to design and implement changes to the application that meet business needs.

  • Facilitating user training sessions to ensure that users understand how to use the application effectively from a functional perspective.

  • Working with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensuring that they are met by the application from a functional perspective.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to the application’s functional aspects, including user manuals and training materials.

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and best practices related to the application’s functional aspects.

  • Managing the application’s configuration to meet business requirements.

  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the application’s performance and functionality from a functional perspective.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including users, developers, and vendors, from a functional perspective.


Požadavky na pozici

🎯 Required

  • 2 years minimum of experience in a business analyst or functional analyst role.

  • Fluent English spoken and written. B1 level minimum in French.

  • Previous experience in supporting the implementation of a CRM or banking application.

  • Proven ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Professional exposure to PCIDSS standards: audits, requirements, certifications…
