We are looking for a Junior Security specialist who will join our Security team in Prague, which is a part of Cybersecurity Services. You will be working together with 12 security colleagues in our Prague local office and another 90 people globally. We strive to provide solutions of the highest security standard to our customers.

Your Responsibilities 

You will be working in our growing Cybersecurity team, which is part of our global security operations where various security operational services (Log Management, IAM, PIM and SOC) are delivered.

This team is responsible for security-related operational activities which include system health and availability, troubleshooting, participating in projects and continuous improvements and regular KPI reporting.

We will train you on the following

• Daily maintenance of Log management (Essentially LogPoint) /SIEM platforms, keep the platform stable and operational
• Add/Remove log sources
• Troubleshoot issues with log sources or systems with the vendor, and report system defects as needed
• Create custom rules and custom reports as needed
• Perform software upgrades, updates, and patches as needed
• Work on customer and internal service requests
• Periodic reporting based SLA requirement
• Drive improvements, automation, optimization and implementing changes
• Support the process of designing and building the right solution for the customers
• Architectural design document reviews

Your Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about IT, and able to learn fast.

Your sharp mindset and a proactive approach are more important than tons of experience as we will teach you all the necessary things about this job.

It is a must if you have:

• Some IT experience
• Experience in operations and daily maintanance of Unix/Linux including patching
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies (Cisco Switches, Routers & Firewalls)
• Very good knowledge of English – spoken and written
• Experience in operations and daily maintanance od Microsoft Windows is an advantage
