Context

As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing, data analysis, and process optimization, providing valuable insights into industrial operations.

Primary responsibilities

• Process analysis and optimisation: conduct times studies, process mapping, … to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Data analysis / reporting: collect and analyse data to monitor performance and progress
• Continuous improvement methodologies: assist in implementing Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, …)
• Project support: collaborate / support cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of project and alignment with organizational goals
• Root cause analysis : Participate in problem solving sessions to identify root cause of issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Education / Experience / skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial / manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excel, ppt or other analytical tools (PowerBi)
• Communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques
• Languages : French / English mandatory
• International travel
• Driving licence
