WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Run business planning for CZ Food. With Sales, Finance and Supply Chain manage our forecasts in line with our operational plan.
• Design, align and execute category, channel plans. Identify new business opportunities based on customer and shopper insights. Actively engage in yearly marketing planning, run listing, and delist plans for our SKUs.
• Support Sales with sound selling stories, prepare and participate in joint business planning with our customers and actively engage with our key customers.
• Act as e-commerce champion for the Food team in CZ.
• Support our key customers crafting the proper strategies, portfolio and planograms during their category reviews based on analysis of the marketplace.
• Actively and continuously run revenue management process.

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:

• Min. 5 years of experience in FMCG business including min. 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably FMCG (either on Retail or Supplier side). Previous Category management and / or Channel management experience is welcome. Proven experience with Retail or Key account management is non-negotiable.
• Analytical mind, ability to work with numbers. Understanding of profit and loss statement.
• Understanding of business development (category drivers, category selling stories, listing presentations, strategic revenue management).
• You are shopper and customer centric and result focused person.

PLUS:

• English at min. C1 level, fluent CZ, or SK language (active involvement with CEE colleagues in English)
• Proactive team player that appreciates work-life balance.
• Vivacious, easy-going person, eager to learn and act with flexibility.
• Strong in presentation skills.
• Driving license – active driver.
