Namastay is looking for a Product Intern to join our expanding team 🚀🙏🏼 

As a Product Intern you will contribute to the product team’s goal of creating value for customers while ensuring activities provide strong benefit to the business. The product team works across the product life cycle, identifying strategic opportunities across market segments, finding and investigating problems and benefits in our chosen sector and coordinating the business in the planning, creation and validation of improvements. 

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

This role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to enter into the product management field, gathering the knowledge and competencies required to eventually have ownership of a product as a product manager. 

• Dig into product analytics to find trends and test hypotheses 

• Conduct market research including opportunity sizing and competitor research

• Prepare communication across different business functions

• Interact with customers to validate user problems and ideate solutions

• Ultimately own improvement of features and products, managing discovery, development and validation of features alongside development and design teams

Product management provides the opportunity for varied and empowering work, putting you at the centre of a start up’s operations. A mix of art and science, success in this field requires a combination of vision, strong interpersonal skills, data driven decision making and resilience.

• Strong verbal and written communication in English is mandatory

• Experience coordinating a team of people to deliver projects (could be work, hobbies, personal)

• Entrepreneurial experience / mindset

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams towards achieving shared objectives

• Coding experience is not required, but technical understanding can be very helpful

• Experience working in a tech start up
