To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Junior Business Controller.

This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop a strong cross-functional vision of the Finance department in a growing and international company.

Your role :

1. Business Controlling (50%)

• Contribute to the monthly Revenue & Costs closing
• Implement controls and checks to secure revenues
• Prepare analysis to explain financial performance
• Support the budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts

2. Performance Management (30%)

• Support Finance Business Partners in assessing the performance of the Customer Success teams and in achieving Mirakl targets
• Analyze and communicate financial impacts to the business teams with the help of the Finance Business Partners
• Ensure monitoring and overall quality of the KPIs for the different activities

3- Process and Dashboards (20%)

• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and financial tools
• Ensure the maintenance of Dashboards and contribute to building new ones

Our ideal candidate:

• Graduated of a BAC +5, Business or Engineering School
• 0-2+ years of experience, ideally in a Big4 audit firm (audit, TS), or in an operational management control position
• Strong analytical skills and business-oriented profile
• Structured, organized, resourceful and rigorous person
• Excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory
