Our tech team has built the most advanced Agentic AI Hyperautomation platform on the market. We automate tasks and transform the way humans work at Enterprise scale.

We won awards at national, EMEA and Global levels. Our customers include the largest companies in Europe; LVMH, Hermès, Thales, Auchan, Bouygues, etc. We did a successful 5M€ seed round in 2023, are currently closing our series A, and are ready to scale. The momentum is real and now.

After winning major enterprise accounts in Europe, we are expanding to the US, specifically New-York, to target the largest Enterprise in the world : Fortune 100.

We need a sharp, professional and relentless Sales & Business Development Associate to accelerate our presence: generating pipeline, accelerating sales cycles, and building our first US Fortune 500 relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, map, and prioritize target accounts (Fortune500, consulting firms, channel partners).

  • Generate pipeline via events & networking you’ll generate (80%), outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach.

  • Qualify leads and set up follow-up meetings for Founders, CEO/COO and senior sales.

  • Support sales execution (research, deck preparation, sales cycle, proposals).

  • Represent Mindflow at US events (AWS, RSA, Gartner, etc.) and report insights.

  • Provide structured feedback to Paris HQ on US prospects, trends, and competitors.

Requirements

  • First significant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategy consulting.

  • Tech savvy in AI, automation and Cybersecurity/IT.

  • Top 10% communication, persuasion, and networking skills.

  • Fluent English & French.

  • Driven, ambitious, resourceful, and resilient.
