Working from our Office in Tokyo, you will lead projects around APAC with focus on Japan and South Korea.

The Operations team manages projects from the platform implementation to a hand over with the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage projects and deliver in time with high client satisfaction ;
• Performing digitalization assessments and roadmaps ;
• Implementing Metron’s platform implementation, defining the right dashboards, KPIs and alarms to manage and optimise the energy consumption of our clients ;
• Delivering energy & co2 assessments ;
• Carry out energy and data science analysis ;
• Coaching and training clients ;
• Report to the Operations Manager of the region, anticipating risks and highlighting main issues ;
• Support sales and our partners to convince prospects and design the right commercial proposal.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will enjoy working at METRON if you like a fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. To succeed in this role you must have:

• Engineering degree with a 1st experience in the energy field if possible in the industrial world;

• Good knowledge about energy systems, energy efficiency, and industrial processes;

• Knowledge and experience in performing energy data and statistical analysis;

• Result oriented, analytically-minded, with a sense of urgency when necessary, able to handle pressure, and with good team spirit;

• Strong communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills;

• Enjoy working with data and software tools (knowledge in Python is a a plus);

• Fluent in Japanese; Business Proficiency in English;

• Available to travel on short notice.
