Working from our Office in Bogotá you will lead projects around Colombia.

The Operations team manages projects from the platform implementation to a hand over with the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage projects and deliver in time with high client satisfaction:

• Performing digitalization assessments and roadmaps ;

• Implementing METRON’s platform implementation, defining the right dashboards, KPIs and alarms to manage and optimise the energy consumption of our clients ;

• Delivering energy & CO 2 assessments ;

• Carry out energy and data science analysis ;

• Coaching and training clients ;

• Report to the Operations Manager of the region, anticipating risks and highlighting main issues ;

• Support sales and our partners to convince prospects and design the right commercial proposal.

To succeed in this role you must have:

• An engineering degree with a 1st experience in the energy field in the industrial world ;

• A good knowledge of energy systems, the energy efficiency and industrial processes ;

• Skills on Python ;

• A result oriented, analytically mindset, with a sense of urgency when necessary, able to handle pressure, and with good team spirit ;

• Strong communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills ;

• A fluent level in English.
