We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Specialist/controller to join us! Working directly with our Finance Manager, you will have a strategic role as your work will directly impact COMEX decisions and the team’s performance.

Your main missions will be:

📈Financial analysis / FP&A :

• Coordinate with the accounting firm for monthly closing
• Prepare and analyze P&L monthly report
• Handle cash report
• Work with the Finance Manager on improving actual reports and developing new ones!

🕵🏻Finance Ops :

• Sales administration supporting Customer Success and Sales teams on the invoicing system and
• support teams with the receivable collection follow-up.
• Collect invoices and prepare payments

👷Cross-team projects :

• Work with the data ops to provide relevant dashboards & KPIs to teams
• Work on cross teams projects to improve processes

Working with the Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities covered by the Finance & legal team.
