Linkfluence is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Artificial Intelligence team and help it scale our Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) pipelines to continuously develop and integrate new innovative features into existing and future products. Our pipelines are running in real-time enriching thousands of documents per second and analyzing millions of images per day.

We are looking for someone with a creative, proactive, collaborative, and innovation focused mindset. You will work alongside a team of passionate machine learning engineers driven by enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and excitement about making the difference for customers using applied AI. You will take complete ownership of the AI pipelines you develop : from their conception to their implementation in our production ecosystem.

Our team is organized over 3 objectives : innovation, research and production.

• Innovation : We leverage our AI expertise to constantly imagine new business oriented features to enhance our products.
• Research : We need to stay up-to-date to the latest frameworks, techniques that speed up model’s inference time (ONNX, TensorRT, Nvidia Triton, …).
• Production : We make a point of designing and developing our algorithms in a software engineering fashion. Scalability is our goal. The models that we develop are running over millions of documents (text or image) per day.

• 1 to 3 years of strong Software Engineering experience over Machine Learning applications.
• Experience in building and deploying scalable ML pipelines in a production environment,
• High proficiency in an OOP setting like Scala, Java, C++, etc…
• Deep knowledge of Python.
• Strong knowledge in a Deep Learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Classic NLP, CV and ML theoretical knowledge.

Along with interesting extra skills :

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka or HBase is a big plus.
• Experience using Information Retrieval systems (and Elasticsearch) is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with optimizing models’ architecture is a plus.

• First contact will be with the HR team.
• Meet some of the AI team members.
• Technical interview led by the AI team members related to their day-to-day work.
• Discussion with the CTO.
