You will have the opportunity to join our Product team, and work at the crossroad of business development and product ownership to develop our new exciting product offer ‘Eiko’

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help improve the Eiko project communication strategy through monthly update & Product KPI reportIdentify targets and potential prospects
• Interview customers and teams to find pain points unknown today
• Act as customer advocate, provide voice of the customer during internal discussions
• Translate these pain points into detailed technical specifications
• Work closely with developers to make sure they understand the specifications and follow their progress on a regular basis
• Test and provide feedback to the developers until the feature is ready to be released
• Support prospects during their journey to the implementation of Eiko
• Be an advocate for simplicity, style, beauty, usability and customer centric design in every product discussion

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Great oral and written communication skills (French & English).
• Ability to understand and find the root others problems (customers, teams, developers)
• Technology enthusiast with a hacking mindset
• As you will work with various teams, you will need an excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
• You are extremely proactive, curious & rigorous, with the ability to own various projects at the same time
