• Train new models and fine-tune existing ones to improve performance on our flagship product for detecting gynecological conditions in MRI scans.

• Develop and contribute to tools for model training, evaluation, validation, and monitoring.

• Prepare trained models for deployment in production environments.

• Lead R&D projects and publish scientific research reports and papers.

• Supervise the AI research team.

• Report progress, key findings, and technical challenges to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.

• PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision. 

• Experience of medical image analysis would be a strong plus.

• Strong background in working with 3D imaging data.

• Proficient in PyTorch.

• Management experience is a strong plus.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Final team meeting - A casual conversation with the whole team to ensure there’s a good match on both sides.
