MANN+HUMMEL is enabler - we support our costumer in transforming their business to more sustainability. As active contributor, we drive our strategy to sustainability. The new Center of Competence Global Sustainability will ensure and support the transformation to sustainability, the fulfillment of regulatory (reporting) and costumer requirements. This department, located in Brno (CZ), managed by the Director Global Sustainability / CSR with a direct report to the CEO of MANN+HUMMEL Group.

 

This role helps us achieve our sustainability goals through intelligent lean ESG Compliance system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Monitoring the regulatory environment and assessing the impact on ESG strategy and compliance 
• Management of the impact analysis, derivation of implementation options and control of the implementation
• Monitoring compliance with ESG standards and legislation 
• Development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures and monitoring of governance structures in the area of ESG
• Participation in the implementation of ESG risk analyses and reporting
• Advising management on ESG issues, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Organizing and leading trainings and workshops on ESG topics
• Ensuring the achievement and maintenance of ESG certifications (e.g. RBA, ISO26000, etc.), including the coordination of ESG audits and ensuring compliance with all required standards

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Education: Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. Law, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Auditing)
• Experience: At least 3+ years of professional experience in ESG compliance or a related field 
• Required Skills: Sound knowledge of current ESG standards and legislation, knowledge in the development of governance structures and policies, experience in monitoring the regulatory environment and its impact on corporate strategy, experience with ESG certification processes and standards
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Competences: Excellent analytical and communication skills, presentation skills, team player
