Fullstack Tools Developer
We are looking for a full stack web developer / sysadmin to join one of our team in charge of the development of the Avionics embedded software. In this team, you will oversee the definition, development and deployment of in-house applications, graphical tools, and server software to support the tests, configuration, and production of the launcher’s Avionics.
Your tasks will be the following:
Contribute to the tools used by the avionics team:
Definition, development and deployment of in-house solutions: launcher software configuration tool, launcher software configuration verification tool, etc.
Design and maintain configuration generation tools,
Manipulate heterogeneous software ecosystem,
Concept of operations for the complete avionics' software life cycle,
Interface definition, integration approach for all the flight software with its tooling,
Review code written by peers to ensure quality and consistency
Avionics development and validation:
As part of MaiaSpace iterative and experimental approach, contribute to the launcher demonstrations,
Conduct and carry out the development of PoC (Proof of Concept) and prototypes around our software factory and development/testing tools,
Within our DevOps approach, the Avionics team will support the AIT (Assembly, Integration and Test) and operational teams and will participate with them to the tests and launch campaigns
Requirements:
🛸Preferred skills & experience :
Architecture Design & Application Development: Proficient in designing, developing, and testing full-stack web applications, including UI, UX, server, database, CI, and DevOps components.
Strong soft skills to identify all requirements (and challenge them) of the avionics software team.
Familiarity with front-end web technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular, with a strong preference for Vue.js.
Familiarities with PHP back-end technologies like Symphony, with a strong preference for Laravel.
CSS Frameworks: Knowledge of Tailwind CSS is definitely a plus.
Practical experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Understanding the deployment and maintenance of servers (Linux and Bash).
Proficient in using development tools and CI/CD practices, including Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, and Docker.
Ability to manage projects from conception to completion without any supervision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Ability to quickly prototype simple software and perform scripting in Bash or Python.
Knowledge of avionics and embedded programming is a plus.

Engineering degree or equivalent ideally specialized in computer science
