The Role  
 
We are seeking a results-driven Growth/ Acquisition Lead (Freelancer or Agency) to own learner acquisition for a key client project at Lynx Educate. We specialise in sourcing and upskilling learners from underserved communities to enrol in free courses and we need someone who knows exactly how to find, engage, and convert these audiences into active learners. 

This is a high-accountability, hands-on role.  
 
You will be in the driver’s seat of our paid channels- designing, launching, and optimising ads that deliver real numbers. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Execute Paid Acquisition: Own the strategy and execution for Meta and Google Ads, with a heavy focus on TikTok and Instagram to reach young, B2C audiences. 

  • Creative Asset Production: You will write the ad copy and create the visual assets (images/short-form video) that grab attention and build trust. 

  • Full Funnel Accountability: Take total ownership of the acquisition targets. You’ll be expected to track every lead and enrolment, ensuring we hit our KPIs for this exciting client. 

  • Agile Approach: Monitor performance. If an approach isn’t working, you have the autonomy and the skill to reshape the strategy, test new creative, and pivot fast. 

  • Reporting: Provide clear, jargon-free updates on acquisition costs and enrolment data to ensure we are seeing a strong ROI on ad spend. 

  • Acquisition via paid social and search is the priority for this role, but it’s a bonus if you have amazing ideas on how we can driver organic acquisition across referral partners & owned channels- advising us on what messaging and formats will improve learner reach & conversion.


Požadavky na pozici

  • The Tools: You are an expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You know how to navigate their algorithms to reach specific, often underserved, demographics.

  • The Creative: Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express to quickly produce high-quality, “social-first” ad content.

  • B2C Expertise: A proven track record of acquiring users/learners, specifically young people or communities that require an authentic, non-corporate tone.

  • Data-Obsessed: You live in the data. You understand how to set up tracking  and use that data to prove your success.

  • Independent & Fast: Since this is a 2-day-a-week role, you need to be self-starting and able to execute without a large support team.

    Experience previously working in the e-learning/ education sector.
