Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for an intern to join us as an Operations Analyst to support the teams.

Reporting to one of our vertical Heads, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team and closely work with the Lydia Accounts and Subscriptions squad whose objective is to offer our users a current account experience.

What you will do:

  • Perform data analysis to understand the performance of the user access flow, accounts usage and membership on Lydia;
  • Identify the existing frictions attached and propose proactively improvement areas to Technical Product Managers;
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incident or bug related to our products ;
  • Follow up the launch of new features and products linked to the squad scope and validate the expected behaviours through app testing.

  • You are studying in a Top-Tiers Engineering/Business school or university and looking for a gap year or an end-of-study internship
  • You have a proven appetence for fintech startups
  • You are familiar with the SQL language and curious about advanced data-driven methods
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English
  • You have a strong sense of initiative and are always ready to optimise your working methods and tools
  • You are methodical and have strong analytical skills
