Founded in 2015 and originally from Lyon, LumApps is an international scale-up and a leading player in the digital employee experience space. Its SaaS platform, seamlessly integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, centralizes internal communications, HR resources, and business applications, providing a unified and personalized interface to more than 6 million users across 700 customer organizations, including Airbus, LVMH, Publicis Sapient, Ascension Health, Dish Network, Electronic Arts, and Japan Airlines.

In May 2024, LumApps reached a major milestone by welcoming UK-based private equity firm Bridgepoint as a majority shareholder in a transaction valued at $650 million. This strategic partnership is designed to accelerate international growth, particularly in the United States, and to further strengthen product innovation with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Among its recent innovations, LumApps has introduced the Gen-AI Companion, an AI-powered conversational assistant, along with micro-learning modules that enhance user engagement and support continuous learning across organizations.

Building on this momentum, LumApps continued to expand its ecosystem in 2025 through a strategic collaboration with Beekeeper, a leader in frontline employee experience solutions. Technical Stack

• You are a talented Frontend Engineer, proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript and React.

• You are a Backend Engineer, fluent in Python, TypeScript, Go, PHP, C#, and/or .NET.

• You have a mobile-first mindset and are excited to build Android applications (Java & Kotlin) and iOS applications (Swift).
