As a Bids & Proposals Manager, your mission is to lead and orchestrate the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the scanning, identification of proposals, successful development and submission of winning proposals aligned with Look Up Space development roadmap.  

On a daily basis, your responsibilities include: 

• Scanning, Aanalyzing and interpreting RFPs (Request for Proposals) to develop comprehensive bid strategies. 

• Collaborating cross-functionally to gather necessary information for proposal development. 

• Writing and editing proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements. 

• Coordinating with subject matter experts to integrate technical details into compelling proposals. 

• Managing the proposal review process, incorporating feedback and ensuring quality. 

• Developing and maintaining a repository of standardized proposal content for future use. 

• Leading proposal kick-off and strategy sessions, setting the direction for the entire proposal team. 

• Ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals, adhering to all submission requirements. 

• Participating in post-submission activities, such as debriefs and lessons learned sessions.

Skills and Experience: 

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Bid & Proposal Manager or in a similar role. 

• Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle. 

• Excellent project management and organizational skills. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

Technical Proficiency: 

• Familiarity with proposal management tools and software. 

• Ability to understand technical aspects of proposals and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts. 

Personal Attributes: 

• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

• Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
