As a IT Technical Support at Limpidius, you will

  • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support (SPOC)

  • Your main mission, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests (phone, mail, etc…)

  • Providing technical support (SaaS platform : NodeJS, NestJS, MongoDB, Kubernetes, GCP, Angular)

  • configuring and installing the Edgar Limpidius software on the labs tills of our clients (Msi technology)

Experience

You have a first experience as an IT technical support and ideally you have worked in a POS systems technical environment.

You have knowledge and experience in POS Systems, Java, Git, and good knowledge on OS Windows/Linux.
