The Account Management team consists of 10 people, and is part of the Revenue organisation.
The Account Managers’ main priorities center on driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of new products and services and manage retention targets through successful renewal, and managing downsell and churn. The Account Manager owns the accountability for Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Through creative and proactive positioning within the accounts, AMs will lead strategic account planning, identifying growth opportunities, proactively positioning products and services during onsite and online meetings, and grow executive relationships to ensure an ever increasing lifetime value.
