Your team & responsibilities

You will join the B2B team. You will focus on developing Cafeyn distribution deals within public institutions (libraries, institutions, universities)

Your missions
  • Prospecting and sourcing new deals

  • Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, pitching Cafeyn’s value proposition, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, and closing new deals.

  • Managing relationships with public institutions, detect new commercial opportunities and renew contract.

  • Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence, competitor insights, and best practices, helping refine our playbooks and go-to-market approach.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to structure deals and align on execution.

  • This is a hands-on, results-driven sales role, requiring a mix of commercial hunting skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have

  • 1-2y experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles

  • Experience in B2B distribution model

  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes

  • Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact

  • Fluent in French & English; additional European languages are a strong asset

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a collaborative spirit and passion for digital media and tech
