Ledger is looking for a Talent & Performance Development Manager to transform the performance process and to implement the talent management strategy and framework with the ever-changing needs of our employees and business. This person will build, implement and sustain a range of initiatives to build leadership capability and manage performance and talent across the organization.
The overall goal is to design and implement leading practices in performance management, succession planning, and talent development. This individual will execute these goals by collaborating with leadership and colleagues to create and execute programs that address the needs of the organization and will develop skills, advance careers, drive diversity and enhance their contributions and value to the company support the people strategy.
Your mission
Create and drive strategy and framework for performance management, talent management, talent reviews/calibration, succession planning and promote individual development plans across all areas of the businessDesign and delivery a new performance management process that drives value creation based on SMART methodologyEnsure solutions are in alignment and integrated with other people and business initiativesWork with key stakeholders to assess leadership challenges and capability gaps and design/develop/support and/or lead the implementation of the initiatives to address those issuesDesign and implement evaluation processes to assess effectiveness of programsWhat we’re looking for:
