What you’ll be doing:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Manage quality control processes, inspection protocols, and testing procedures throughout the production lifecycle.
Lead internal and external audits; liaise with certification bodies and customers regarding quality standards and concerns.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality, process efficiency, and compliance.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train and develop quality team members and support staff in quality tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D).
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer-specific requirements.
Manage quality documentation and maintain records for traceability and regulatory compliance.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing quality management.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).
Proficient in quality software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
