In a context of People transformation and organizational structuring, we are looking for a Project & Transformation Manager – Trainee to join our People division.
You will work closely with the Deputy Director, People, while being exposed to projects involving the People leadership team and General Management.

This role is a unique opportunity for a junior or graduate profile eager to develop strong skills in project management, data analysis, and organizational transformation, at the heart of strategic decision-making.

Role Description

Project management & transformation

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of People and transformation projects
• Help structure projects (roadmaps, priorities, deliverables)
• Track actions, timelines, and progress

Analysis & reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and organizational data
• Produce clear, actionable analyses
• Prepare presentations and summary materials for management

Strategic support

• Provide analytical and operational support to the Deputy Director, People
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
• Contribute to reflections on organizational and managerial topics

Skills & Experience

This role is for you if:

• You are a final-year student or recent graduate
• You hold a degree in Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Data, or Transformation-related fields
• You are highly interested in analysis, structuring, and complex environments
