Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with business clients (IFAs, insurance companies; secondary: banks and asset management)
• Has deep knowledge of investment products and can present them effectively
• Develops sales in the assigned region and meets business targets
• Acts as a trusted advisor, proposing suitable investment solutions
• Actively acquires new business and prepares plans to increase returns
• Participates in macroeconomic analyses and interprets capital market trends
• Provides professional support for launching new products
• Represents the company at meetings, conferences, and in the media
• Collaborates with internal teams and ensures reporting for management
• Monitors market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of experience in financial markets in a similar role
• Analytical mindset, strong financial and investment knowledge (CFA or similar qualification is strong advantage)
• Fluency in English, minimum level B2, Czech native, Slovak is advantage
• Strong presentation skills
• Convincing, proactive, ambitious, and agile personality
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel within the CEE with focus on Czech Republic, Slovakia
• Solid MS Office skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with investment funds sales is essential
