We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us achieve our mission of reducing administrative workload in hospitals.

This is a full-time role focused on building AI solutions designed to be rapidly deployed into production in hospitals.

Mission

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

• Drive the development of our medical coding backend

• Help building the medical coding LLM agentic solution in close collaboration with our CTO

• Build the frontend of the solution (doctors & admin operators user-facing app)

• Build data pipelines between hospital systems and our tech stack, ensuring interoperability while adhering to HDS (health data security) standards

• Work closely with the CTO to refine our application’s architecture, balancing fast iterations and scalability

• Engage in the fast-paced, product-focused environment of an early-stage startup

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the ongoing AI revolution, action-oriented, autonomous, and ambitious. You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack Dev Role

• Proficiency in Node.js & Typescript

• Experience in devOps and infrastructure (no need to be proficient)

• Built for resilience: in health tech, dropped processes aren’t an option. we build fault-tolerant systems utilizing message brokers, job queues (bullmq), robust retry mechanisms, dead letter queues (dlqs).
