We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships intern/alternant to help drive the next chapter of our growth.

Main Missions 🥷

As a Partnerships intern/alternant, your main missions will be:

  • identify, negotiate, and test new partnership channels

  • find high-quality businesses in need of growth capital through new partners

  • expand your network and build a pipeline of trusted partners to deliver leads every day

  • contribute to the management and execution of longer-term strategic collaborations alongside the team

Your progress and learnings will be critical to our long-term revenue strategy. You are an ambitious business development individual who is eager to grow rapidly and become a key part of a fast-paced fintech leader.

Your Manager ☀️

Chloé joined Karmen in June 2022 as Head of Partnerships. After more than 7 years in partnership for SaaS and Legaltech solutions, she chose Karmen to create the Partnerships division.

Her main mission is to build an ecosystem of partners who can offer Karmen to their community, with the aim of generating leads and promoting this financing solution.

After her workday, you can find her at a concert, her boxing class, or an exhibition. A true epicurean, she knows (almost) all the bars and restaurants in Paris.

You will work with Chloé, Head of Partnerships and Baptiste, COO & Co founder.

You will also work with all the teams at Karmen (mostly Sales and Marketing teams)! You will have daily contact with our partners.

Must haves 🎯

  • You are currently in a business school or studying business (4+ years)

  • You have already had a first experience in business development / sales in a start-up / in an investment fund / consulting / banking

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) & French (C1)

  • Mastery of Google Tools, CRM

  • You are confident, motivated, and fearless when it comes to hunting for a partnership

  • You have good interpersonal skill, at ease with people

  • You are organized, versatile and responsive

  • You are attracted by start-ups and the e-commerce environment

  • Thirsty to learn and willing to get their hands dirty

Recruitment process

  1. A 45’ visio (or IRL) with Chloé, Head of Partnerships, to discuss about your project and your skills ;

  2. A case study and a de-briefing by Chloé

  3. A 30’ visio with Gabriel, Co-founder and CEO, to discuss about the position, the team and your skills ;

The recruitment process will last approximately for 2 to 3 weeks.
