Job description

We are looking for talented people who are willing to join us on our mission of helping all consumers shop smarter while keeping growing their own skills and expertise.

As an intern in the Brand & Communication team, you will be playing an important role in the execution of our brand strategy and communications across all channels. You will report to the Brand & Communication Manager and you will contribute significantly to driving the company’s success by building and growing a best-in-class brand.

Your responsibilities:

  • Brand: Together will the Brand & Communication Manager, you will grow and develop a real love brand, giving it more character and depth every day.
  • Campaigns: You will participate in brainstorming, defining and implementing the marketing campaigns willing to reinforce our brand image. You will also help to manage and execute those campaigns from A to Z.
  • Communication: You will be in charge of the communication roadmap, making sure we have a consistent brand image on all relevant touch-points and communication channels (CRM, acquisition, social, product).
  • Content: You will produce content following the defined communication roadmap for all the touch-points (newsletters, push notifications, social media, in-app content).
  • Analysis: You will analyse the results of your communication strategy by launching AB tests and performing ad hoc analysis.
  • Social Media: You will be following all social media trends to find the best ideas for Joko’s social media accounts, produce different kinds of content (in collaboration with the Design team/freelancers if needed), and engage with our community on a daily basis.

Preferred experience

  • Experience: You have 6M+ experience as an intern in marketing (digital marketing, communications, content, branding, etc), ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
  • Skills: You are a creative person, you love following market trends and finding new ideas, you know how social media algorithms work and you love writing engaging content. You are very rigorous, structured, and organized.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better every day. The sky is the limit 🚀
  • Languages: You are a French native speaker (as you will be producing content in French) and fluent in English both written and spoken, as we have an international team.
  • Education: You have a degree in Marketing / Informations and Communications / Digital Marketing (or equivalent) and you are looking for an end-of-studies internship.
