Job description

We are looking for an I2C Credit Controller, in this role YOU will lead and coordinate regular customer and market contact with a focus on Key/Strategic Accounts (across Private and Distributors) in Export markets. YOU will be responsible for representing Global Services (GS) and will be a key contact between GS Regional I2C team, customer services and commercial teams in the local market. This role is a great opportunity to work globally and create strong partnerships with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Lead and coordinate regular customer and market contact with a focus on Key/Strategic Accounts (across Private and Distributors) in Export markets.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of key customers process and systems.
  • Representing Global Services (GS) and being key interface between GS Regional I2C team, customer services and commercial teams in the local market.
  • Maintain a regular relationship with all internal stakeholders.
  • Review performance against cash targets in conjunction with Cash Collections & Credit Manager.
  • Active dispute management co-ordination in co-operation with Customer Services, Pricing and Cash Collection Teams.
  • Reflect changes timely in order to minimize any impact on performance (e.g. Market dynamics, healthcare system changes, VAT regulations…etc).
  • Ability to work cross Franchise, Cross Private / Distributors / Wholesalers and Buying Groups.

Preferred experience

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • 5+ years credit management experience. Preference in Export markets and healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills for leading customer face to face and markets visits with focus on the Key Accounts (special customers)
  • Fluent English, additional relevant language knowledge is a plus
  • Effective communicator, with experience in presenting to and influencing senior management
  • Proven track record in problem solving and strong negotiation skills
  • Share important and useful information, stay focused on the issues
  • Anticipate and manage competing and changing priorities
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with business partners
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley act and relevant controls required.
  • Computer literate: Excel, ERP (SAP) & CRM (Salesforce.com) knowledge would be an added value.
