We are seeking a Digital/Web UX Analyst to leverage Contentsquare data in order to generate exclusive vertical insights, as well as Dynamic Yield data in order to elevate the website optimizations. To do so, we need the best-in-class candidates to join this adventure and bring their motivation. As a Digital UX Analyst, you will be at the core of data-driven value creation for Innocean. You will be a member of the Innovation Center team working with leading brands, especially for automobile industry.

Your Role.

As a Digital/Web UX Analyst, to leverage Contentsquare and Dynamic Yield data insights for the website optimizations, you are required to have a combination of technical, analytical skills, as well as consulting and client-facing skills. Within the digital & web technical skill set, knowledge of statistics, mathematics, Excel, and general abilities in making sense of digital user journey are extremely valuable. Within the client-facing, consulting skill set, we’re looking for a candidate comfortable in presenting and talking through data with clients, and an ability to construct logical, convincing narratives from data.

You know how to interpret heat maps, website user journey and session recordings to analyze user behaviors. By presenting complex data in a clear fashion, you’ll let our clients understand our insights and recommendations.

Working together with DCX Director and CRO/UX Consultant, you are able to map out problems, validate ideas through qualitative and quantitative research, and analyze the outcomes. You’ll be responsible for analyzing UX data signals and producing reports together with team members in order to build a roadmap of A/B and personalization tests to further increase conversion rates across several of our key clients’ websites in different European countries.

You will be based in the French office (Paris area), but you are going to work for European clients, in close relationship with Innocean colleagues from more than 5 different counties.

Your Key Responsibilities.

• Conducting daily use of analysis tools including, but not limited to, Contentsquare/Dynamic Yield/Google Analytics and turning data into insights, including cross-analysis of events and segments identified in various CRO/UX tools.

• Working with our clients to propose and execute the optimization programs from the identification, hypothesis and prioritization through to experience reporting and insight, in order to optimize customer journeys and build an optimization roadmap.

• Provide extensive analysis and insight using qualitative and quantitative data to analyze and understand website user behavior, flow, pain points and conversion.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs within data visualization tool(s).

• Take full ownership of all UX research and run multiple streams of work at one time.

• Work with internal and external data teams, such as Contentsquare, Dynamic Yield, and other 3rd Party agencies to ensure data quality and accuracy.

• Stay updated on emerging UX and analysis trends and software.


Požadavky na pozici

Your skills and previous experience required.

• You have previous experience working in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.

• Proven ability to deliver ROI through analytics.

• Responsible for experimentation programs where continuous CRO & A/B testing and research is being done.

• You are familiar using tools such as Contentsquare and Dynamic Yield (or equivalent A/B testing & personalization tool) to review user behavior. (Certificate holder will have a plus)

• Strong Math skills and proficiency in BI Tools at least Looker Studio.

• Verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. (Fluency in German or French will be a plus.)

• 1st interview with your line manager (DCX Director)

• 2nd interview with Innovation Center director

• possibly 3rd interview with European HQ (BU director and HR)
