The role

As Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own all the Tech TA activities from the strategy to the execution.

Tech is one of our biggest challenges for 2023.

Why? We want to increase our revenue and thus the delivery of our project by 6 but grow our Ops, Customer Success team & Revenue teams only by 1.5.

Indeed, our goal is to hit profitability by 2024.

Concretely it means that 50% of opened roles (14 in S1 2022) are in Engineering (devs), Data and Product teams and we are looking for someone who wants to embrace this challenge!

Most exciting parts

- you will be the first full-time recruiter hired in France,

- work directly with Bastien (our CTO) for all Engineering and Data roles,

- and with Kourosh (our CEO) for all our Product roles,

- hire in an international context: Stephanie is US based and all our employees speak English. All our processes need to be scalable globally.

This is a unique opportunity for you to join an international Tech for Good project and offer this chance to other people who want to have a positive impact!

Salary range: 55k€ - 85k€, depending on experience + equity.

High standards & candidate-focused process management

- Source and attract diverse and experienced talent through a variety of recruiting channels

- Assess candidates, only progressing those that meet our high bar of expectations during high-quality interviews (we mean it!)

- Ensure an A++ candidate experience along the way

Business Partnership & Talent advisory

- Manage and advise hiring managers, acting as a business partner and talent advisor

- Report on the TA activity to give visibility to your internal partners

- Follow up on the new hires’ onboarding and integrate feedback to improve sourcing and recruitment effort continuously

Key projects

- Measure and improve the diversity of our team

- Lead our employer brand development in France through impactful projects

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition process.

💊 Requirements

As the first full-time recruiter in France, we are looking for a self-starter and bold person to join us.

- 4 years minimum as a recruiter including 2 years in a fast-growing company

Nice to have 1 significant experience in a recruitment agency, delivering recruitment in a competitive market

- Experience in an international company

- Sourcing skills & growth hacking mindset

- Deep interest in the Tech industry

- Interested in hiring various positions (impact, seniority) at the same time 

- Fluent oral and written communication in French and English

- Good team player and results-driven
