Implicity is looking for a proven sales leader with deep domain expertise in cardiology,
electrophysiology, and remote monitoring, who knows how to build, lead, and scale a revenue-generating team across the U.S. You will be responsible for commercial execution, strategic growth, and customer adoption across the country. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, North America, the Vice President, US Sales is responsible for optimizing the execution of Implicity’s US sales and revenue operations. This person will have budget responsibilities and
will oversee all sales related activities.
Reporting to the COO/CEO, as VP of US Sales, your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own and drive U.S. top-line revenue performance; hit aggressive sales targets.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the U.S. healthcare landscape.
- Identify, target, and win business with high-value hospital systems, cardiology networks, and private practices.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance U.S. field sales team.
- Coach and mentor reps in complex sales, value-based positioning, and closing strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure messaging resonates with U.S. buyers.
- Serve as the voice of the customer—bringing U.S. market insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at major cardiology conferences and events (HRS, ACC, HFSA,
etc.).
- Build pipeline discipline via CRM tools; forecast accurately and manage deal velocity.
- Collaborate with reimbursement and health economics teams to educate customers on
commercial pathways (private payer, Medicare, value-based care models).

This role reports directly to COO/CEO, and the Employee undertakes to respect the instructions and directives that may be given to him or her and to comply with the Company's internal standard operating procedures.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or SaMD—preferably cardiology, electrophysiology, or remote monitoring.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling U.S. field teams.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare delivery, purchasing behavior, and reimbursement drivers.
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to interface credibly with both clinical
and C-suite stakeholders.
- Startup experience or ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel on an as needed basis (approximately 50%).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to lead functional area, interact with peers, vendors, suppliers and Senior Management. Ability to work independently is required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and demands from customers.
- Manage introduction of new product features, customer feedback, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and communication with the sales team and key clinical personnel.
- Customer advocate with internal departments.
