Job and recruitment context

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager for a brand-new role to join and expand our Operations team.

🥇 Background

  • Engineer's degree or at least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.

🥈 Your missions


Reporting to Lucie, our COO, and acting as stakeholder, you will be in charge of Revenue Operations.
With a strong focus on Sales Performance at first, you will have to be able to connect the dots across the whole Revenue Funnel and impact positively operations from Marketing to Invoicing.

You will be working on:

- Process Optimization:

    • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Improve our ways of working with the best tools on the market
    • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline revenue operations

    - Data Analysis:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance

    First level Technology Management:

    • Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms)
    • Train team members on the effective use of best technologies
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support

    - Enablement:

    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
    • Create and maintain a library of resources and materials

    Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity
    • Communicate key findings and insights to revenue leadership

    Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
    The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

    We are currently creating our Revenue Operations Team, with both Revenue Operations profiles and System Admin. We are looking as much for our First Revenue Operation Manager then for our possible future Head of Revenue Operations.

    Hardskills: 

    • Sharp Knowledge of SaaS Revenue modeling and key performance metrics.
    • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others.
      As Salesforce is being used by Implicity commercial teams, candidate with good Salesforce knowledge will be prioritized
    • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools
    • Advanced Excel skills required & Good SQL skills a plus
    • Ability to create accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends
    • Expertise in managing and optimizing the sales pipeline
    • Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
    • Ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in different process
    • The ability to create and track key performance indicators

    💰 Salary

    • For this job (CDI), your base salary will be between 60k to 70k depending on your experience
    • Company equity (BSPCE)
