AI is now a key component of iBanFirst analytics strategy. It is already embedded in various tech initiatives taking place in the company. Yet, we are convinced than AI can also be very powerful in everyday usage. Hence, we want to ensure that all iBanFirst employees are aware of the transformation possibilities brought by AI and that they are ready to seize all opportunities to reinvent the way they work to deliver more value to our employees and clients.

🎯 What you will do

• Animate community of all AI enthusiasts within iBanFirst to ensure all members share their tips, use case ideas, questions or news.
• Design & execute trainings to help all employee embrace the AI revolution by explaining available tools and usages to change their daily habits.
• Exchange directly with iBanFirst employees to understand their needs and questions around AI
• Perform market watch to identify any innovation on AI that could be integrated into iBanFirst's AI roadmap

🔎 What do you bring?

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Finance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relational skills
• You are passionate about AI and notably generative AI. You are already a prompt master and you leverage ChatGPT in your everyday life
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English/French both oral/written
