We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR transformation and reward Team
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of C&B topics within an international and fast-paced environment.
The intern will support the C&B Manager in designing, implementing, and monitoring compensation and benefits processes that drive fairness, transparency, and employee engagement across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Salary Structures & Benchmarking : Support the update and consolidation of international salary grids and assist in compensation benchmarking (market data analysis, internal equity studies).
- Compensation review & Bonus Processes : Contribute to bonus consolidation and payment cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance and support the preparation and monitoring of the annual compensation review.
- Equity & Benefits Management : Assist in the administration of the equity process (granting, reporting, lifecycle management) and contribute to benefits analysis and support local HR teams in benefits-related projects.
- International Mobility & Governance : Help analyze and track international mobility cases, ensuring alignment with policies and contribute to pay transparency initiatives, preparing communication and process documents.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analyst, Business Administration or related field.
- Looking for a full-time 6-month-internship starting as soon as possible.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work with data, run analyses, and provide clear summaries.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proactive, curious, eager to learn, with an emphasis on confidentiality, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
