We are seeking a Senior Financing Operations Manager to join our Finance Strategy-Central team in Paris. 

As a Senior Financing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing daily financing operations: ensuring efficient transaction processing and risk management.

- Improving processes: continuously optimizing financing operations.

- Building strong relationships: fostering connections with external financing partners (Factors and Fintechs) and internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Tech, and Finance) within an international scale-up environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of financing transactions: eligibility assessment, financing requests, and payment allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, including fraud prevention, credit limit monitoring, and buyback processing.
  • Address operational challenges with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Propose and implement solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational processes
  • About you

  • Ideally 3 to 5+ years of experience in factoring, treasury, or finance operations, preferably within an international marketplace or fintech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent English communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Google Sheets, Looker, and Slack is a plus.
  • First call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes).

    Interview with your future manager, Glwadys Bouchard, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)

    Business case for you to complete at our office, which will be evaluated by Benoit Charpentier in order to assess your technical skillsFinal interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
