You will support our digital learning ecosystem, master L&D operations, and leverage data analytics to optimize our global training resources.
Key responsibilities ✨
- LMS & Resource Management
- Platform Admin: Manage 360Learning (technical support, vendor relations, and user queries).
- Community Lead: Support the community of learning content owners to drive engagement.
- Content Audit: Maintain L&D resources on Notion and slide decks for brand alignment and accuracy.
- Data & Analytics
- Reporting: Maintain L&D dashboards and deliver performance reports to leadership.
- Insights: Synthesize feedback from surveys to drive program improvements.
- Operational Excellence
- Logistics: Manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual setups.
- Internal Communications
- Newsletter: Draft the bi-monthly L&D newsletter to boost program visibility.
- Manager Community: Curate the Slack editorial line through polls, best practices, and peer-to-peer discussions.
About you 🧑🚀
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or a gap year program from a Business School or a specialized HR degree, with a first experience in L&D Developmentin a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with LMS and google sheet for reportings.
- Eager to leverage AI to automate tasks and scale our learning impact.
- Fluent in English.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail.
- Curious with a proactive, "self-starter" approach.
- Adaptable to change, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- First call with Sarah, our Talent acquisition specialist, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30 minutes)
- Second Interview with your future manager, Sandrine DO COUTO, Head of L&D to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (30/45 minutes)
- Interview presenting one use case with your future team (Head of L&D and Learning Manager (45 minutes/1 hour)
